- The car body stress analyses based on EN 12 663, crash calculation based on EN 15 227, material and weldment fatigue analyses based on DVS 1612, and stability loss analysis
- Design optimization based on stress analyses results
- Development of tram lift positions and their (stress analysis) verification
- Car body production support
Passenger Compartment and Driver Cabin
- Development, 3D design, 2D documentation of driver cabin and passenger cabin
- Ergonomic study for the driver cabin, including the clarity of driver’s view from the cabin
- Creation and evaluation of enquiry documentation for purchased components
- Stress analyses for interior components, such as hand rails, the wall behind the driver and seats
- Technical manual for individual purchased components

Exterior
- Development, 3D design, 2D documentation of exterior sidewall panels, along with front-panel fiberglass
- Stress analyses of roof device mounting, fiberglass fornt-panel fixing and attachment of coupler to the car body

Gangway Bellows
- Turntable and gangway bellow specification and 2D documentation of the installations
- Stress analysis of the top and bottom section connections and their optimization

More about the Vehicle
ForCity Plus trams are being made by Škoda Transportation for the Slovak capital, Bratislava. Their concept is based on the modern ForCity Classic trams. ForCity Plus trams are uni-directional or bi-directional and low-floored, and are equipped with modern electronics. The trams are five-sectional and carry up to 350 passengers. The outermost bogies are fully reversible.
